Structure

The entire structure should be designed as a hybrid using mild steel load bearing sections and light gauge steel framing Technologies. The main material is hot-dip galvanized steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and extremely high toughness. 

Foundation

Structurally designed pre-casted foundation I plinth system. The foundation blocks must have a leveling system which avoids slight undulα↑ions of the natural ground.

Structure Wrapping

The structural board uses cement fiber board, which is light in weight, high in strength, good in toughness, low in thermal conductivity, and has good thermal insulation properties. The product has high density and good sound insulation, and can meet various types of walls with sound insulation requirements. And the installation and construction are very fast.

 All external walls and roof must be well insulated with an appropriate good quality insulation with sufficient thickness which gives the structure protection from Heat, Cold and sound.

Waterproofing Membranes

 The entire external surface of The cottαge should be covered with water proofing membranes and sealed with Aluminium tapes.

Internal Wall and Ceiling

All interior wall panels are made of bamboo fiber boards or carbon crystal boards, with a wide range of optional colors that can be customized according to your interior decoration style preferences.

External Walls and Roof

The exterior wall panels of houses mainly use metal carved panels, metal color steel panels, EPS sandwich panels and other materials, which are not only rich in color, but also have good performance. It is more in line with the architectural styles of different countries.

flooring Internal : 

SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) is preferred.

Plumbing and Toilet Fixtures

All pipes and wires inside the house are not included in the price, and the actual specifications need to be customized according to the customer's national standards.The shower room and related accessories are also configured according to customer requirements. The specific details are in the following picture.

Doors and Windows

External Sliding or fixed doors / windows and main doors are made of UPVC sections with toughened glass. Options for DGU and mosquito mesh should also be provided. Skylights and Blinds can be also be added. The facade glass of The cottage should be a DGU.

Electrical Fittings

 Complete electrical fittings including Switches, Sockets, Fans, LED lights included. Switch I Sockets of make Legrand Arteor, LED lights and Internal wiring of good quality brands must αlso be provided. But this is an additional cost and we will equip you with these electrical equipment on request when you order your house from us.
